Doggo
about.
Doggo is a conceptual app developed by Digital Craft to explore how UX design can simplify trust-based services. The goal: make it easier for pet owners to find, book, and manage reliable dog walkers through a clear, intuitive mobile experience.
The project served as a full-cycle UX case study — from early discovery through wireframing, testing, and high-fidelity UI.
challenge.
Booking a dog walker can be time-consuming and uncertain, especially for new users. Existing platforms often lack clarity, trust-building features, or intuitive flows.
Doggo was designed to balance ease of use, transparency, and emotional trust — key elements for helping users feel confident in the process.
Approach
Digital Craft applied a full UX process:
Conducted interviews to identify pet owner pain points
Mapped journeys for both discovery and repeat use
Built low-fidelity wireframes and tested through multiple iterations
Designed high-fidelity flows with focus on clarity, trust, and emotional tone
Explored onboarding, profile views, booking, payment, and feedback

result.
The Doggo prototype demonstrates how thoughtful UX can transform a fragmented and emotional service into a cohesive, smooth experience.
User feedback highlighted a flow that felt clear, friendly, and reassuring — exactly the emotional drivers the project aimed for.
While conceptual, Doggo reflects Digital Craft’s ability to lead projects from problem framing through to high-fidelity design, applying a user-centered mindset even in early-stage ideas.
