Digital Craft designed a flexible branding configuration system that allows platform administrators to fully customize the platform’s visual experience for their teams — while ensuring accessibility and preserving a consistent user experience.
Key features included:
Primary color selection with real-time contrast validation
Background customization with support for solid, gradient, and image-based styles
Live visual previews applied across the platform

Enterprise clients needed stronger visual ownership of the platform to reflect internal branding.
However, the original system had limited or no customization options, leading to low engagement and increased white-label requests.
The challenges included:
Giving admins simple yet powerful controls for customization
Meeting accessibility standards (contrast, legibility, safe color combinations)
Maintaining consistency across dashboards, surveys, and modules
Keeping the configuration flow intuitive and fail-proof
UX Approach
To address these goals, Digital Craft made key design decisions:
Introduced a simple color selection flow with inline accessibility validation
Provided live previews for every visual variation (gradient, solid, image-based)
Built robust controls for background handling, ensuring clarity and predictability
Enforced layout and typography rules for consistent legibility
Surfaced accessibility warnings contextually — never hidden or buried
Ensured the configuration UI used the same components and language as the rest of the platform
